I remember saying to myself (for like the last year!)…I need to make this trailer go viral !!…This real time message HAS to be publicized!!I want to reach as many people all over the world as I possible can….but how do I do it when I can’t afford to pay a big company do to something on the crazy huge scale that I need them to? Just hold tight I kept saying, maybe I’ll find someone that will want to finance the rest of the film and THEN I can do that…or maybe someone will come from out of the blue and just WANT to be part of this??!!  I just kept on playing “what if ” scenarios in my head…And THAT’S what happened!!! A friend of mine, Jeff,  (hi Jeff!) that I met while volunteering at a Tony Robbins event 3 years ago, reconnected with me and has been incredibly supportive from day one of MY WISH. He lives is a totallydifferent state, ran into a woman named Jennifer Hess who studied under  the team who analyzed the famous social media campaign for President Obama…He told her about the MY WISH trailer, she saw it, she called me to tell me she will be flying up to NY to meet with me and that she wants to take on the MY WISH campaign on her own because she believes in the message! Just like that!  (Her company’s site: Experts of Social Media ) I talked to her on the phone, she is incredible!….and this is yet another example of attracting a super positive person to be a part of this team! This all happened in just a few days and I am super grateful!!!! YOU NEVER KNOW HOW YOUR OWN STORY WILL UNFOLD!!! “Hold the vision and trust the process!”

This also gives me confidence now in the other things I envision happening…like finding the few celebrities that I think can add a lot of value to the film by talking about their own belief system…..I am doing what I can on my own to contact them…but I know as in the above example, that the universe MUST be in the middle of orchestrating it….so I will just know that it will eventually happen…be excited, grateful and “trust the process!” I am sure in the future I will be sending you a blog being blown out of my mind how I contacted my first celebrity! lol

So, all of you wonderful souls reading this….don’t stop!!!! Keep going!!! When you feel that you have NO IDEA how something is going  to come together…keep believing…even when you’re not feeling so hot about the progress you “think” you’re not making…if you hold your vision, keep believing , keep giving and loving…I really believe/know it will happen!!

3. My press/media room….2 REALLY cool things!

-I did my FIRST overseas interview on Skype with a speaker from Singapore!! It was soooo cool!! Talk about wanting to reach others on the other end of the globe! (you can hear it when you go to the page below and click on “radio interviews”)

-Also the MY WISH project got its FIRST front page local news spread! You can read it when you go to the  link below  and scroll down to “articles/newsletters” Its so funny because the first sentence mistakenly says that the film has already been completed…but I take it as a look into the film’s future…a literal validation for me of what is to come! See! The universe is working so fast, that I have to really keep up!

Hey everyone! ….Wow- as I just uploaded this picture onto this blog..I am realizing how many times I have been on set in the background of things etc. watching the leads, being happy for them , and at the same time knowing that I will one day be the lead of things…used those opportunities to visualize my future. And this picture here is the manifestation of that…pretty freakin cool lol. Sometimes, well I do it A LOT of the times, lol…being conscious of stuff like this makes what you want to manifest, flow faster to your path…this is an example of something that has “popped” for me..read on and you’ll see what I mean.

OK, so I told you that I am NOT stopping no matter what – and let’s see what happens…remember, I’m looking to play FULL OUT….looking to push my spirit to see what can be manifested during my time on this Earth…positively impact as MANY people around the world as I can through what I am able to create…and for me…I choose the entertainment business…acting/producing etc. For you, you have your own great dream :)

But the whole purpose here is to NOT make all this visualization/belief systems/ law of attraction some kind of “fluffy cloud” stuff… my purpose is to make it REAL to you…that’s why I’m exposing all of these things to you as they are applied by myself! 

It’s been a little over a year and a half since I pressed “play” on my camcorder for “My Wish” the movie…and what a fun ride it’s been! As I look back though, I want to share what I’ve learned. MANY, MANY times as I’ve been on this path, I’ve been in situations where I got excited and thought to myself “THIS IS IT!” (meaning I thought someone I met or circumstance I was in was IT!  The one or thing that was going to help not just move everything forward…but make it POP to a huge new level!) Only to find out…oh..I guess this is NOT it :(……but I always knew that the experience of it NOT being “it” will just make me grow as a person as I move forward….and of course, yes, it may SUCK!!!! … for the moment…but I won’t let myself stay there :) lol

And as I look back ,  it really hit me that there are probably so many people out there who thought that their OWN thing was going to work, or pop, but then didn’t…and then they just stopped all together. When someone else sees what you’re doing and thinks it’s no good, or won’t work, or doesn’t fit in..that COULD be deflating…and sometimes you may be the only one who “GETS IT”. But ok…what we are focusing on here is what happens if you STILL believe and STILL move forward with it anyway?? You will get more nos…then maybe a few… ok maybe not POPS…. but maybe something that moves you a little closer to your goals and what you want to do. Maybe we NEED those “no’s” to check in with ourselves to see if it is really our passion..what we really want to do. Do the no’s DEFEAT you or DEFINE you? (Hey, I Like that one! lol) But eventually, if you keep on believing and keep moving forward….things WILL “POP”!! They must. (That’s what I choose to believe anyway :) And I also rather choose to define “No” as “Not yet” or “Not this way“…I mean, doesn’t that sit better with you? :) It’a amazing- you really can create your own meaning to anything that happens!!!

I’ve had great experiences (even ones that may not seem so great, I DECIDE to TURN INTO great!…..because I feel like it…another growth opportunity whooo hooo… lol)

At this point in my journey and in “My Wish” the movie…I am the closest I have ever been to POPPING everywhere…closest I have been to having an agent…closest I have been to speaking with TOP celebrities to say a few words to you in this film…closest I have ever been to getting the rest of ”My Wish” funded…closest I have ever been in getting mainstream TV press on the message of the film.

Now, all of the above may not happen with the people and circumsatances that I’m invoved with right now…I think they will…because I always think it will…I will ALWAYS get excited and feel THIS IS IT!  Because as an analogy to this goes…”I rather love and have a loss than to never have loved at all”…or something like that….but I DO KNOW that if these circumstances do NOT work out…I WILL keep going….because I have decided to love the journey. Do you see what I’m saying? ??If you are not loving the journey, you might keep saying  to yourself- “But I can’t keep doing this!!!”   “How much of my life am I going to have to spend on this???” “When is it going  to HAPPEN!!!” Ahhhh haaa! …..If you’re loving the journey…whether what you want to do “POPS” or not…… IT WON”T MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!! I invite you to sit with that one for a while…I did.

So will you continue your journey???? Will you even START your journey???? Mine is just one example and I am so happy and honored you’re on it with me! Hey, like I said, I’m learning as I go along and just want to share what I think are my own real-time lessons with YOU!

Hello Everyone!

Well I just returned from my trip to LA and San Diego…it was great! In LA I did my first “In the studio” Radio interview. Deborah was awesome! Her show is great…she produces “Dare to Dream”…in which she interviews people who encourage you to “dare to dream” . lol

She has a great warm energy and is doing what she is meant to do :) I’m learning to relax before I do these, just talk from my heart…and be real…always :) It’s so exciting as I focus being in the moment how everything is happening so fast…and most importantly with great people who genuinely care about others. I feel like I’m on a really good path and as always, have faith in God that he is taking me to where I will be able to express what I need to express…. This interview can be heard :

It’s funny, but I used to think…how do people get on the radio and TV and do this stuff??? I actually “met” her by posting the “My Wish” trailer on Linked In…..she found it and asked me if I wanted to be interviewed…but you had to be in the studio in LA…and I live in NY!!!…BUT, I was going to be on the west coast for a leadership seminar the exact week she had a cancellation!!! Now, you may think “what a coincidence” but I think…”Of course! That’s how it works when you are “in the flow”! This whole law of attraction thing is working at its best….and all I say is “THANK YOU!”

So….after the interview, I went down to San Diego for a Leadership Seminar….as “bad” as the economy is, it was so inspiring to see hundreds of people willing to commit to being a leader in this time…and wanting to help others to perhaps get a different perspective on things…to see opportunities and possibilities so they can move forward.

One of my favorite parts was at the end of the week when hundreds of us stormed the middle of the conference room to the song “Lose Yourself” by Eminem! We each had 3 attempts to break the board with our hands after getting massively focused and telling ourselves that we could ABSOLUTELY do this! If you missed on the third attempt , you went to the side to work with trainers until you broke it, as  to not disturb the massive flow of energy storming the center of the room! So for me, it was like this…..my first attempt..I didn’t do it…my quick response in my head was “shit! this board is HARD!!” lol  next thought…”SO WHAT!…I’m not stopping_ I’ll do it again!”…2nd attempt….a “no-go” again! “My response to myself…ahhhhh this is awesome! this is the lesson!! People get “no” all the time or worse yet, tell THEMSELVES “no”….but I say “YES!!!!!!!!…nothing will stop me!!!!!” and with that, the board cracked in half!! and for a second, I was like “holy shit! I really did break it!!!! :)”….then jumped over to the other side of the room to celebrate with everyone else who already broke their boards and was cheering us on……so I want you to know that even though I may not kow the details of the dream you are going for or started to incoprporate into your life (and I am assuming you are doing this…that’s the whole point of this movie!!!!!! :) I am TOTALLY cheering you on in my heart andsend MASSIVE positive energy out to ALL of you!!! NO doesn’t mean a thing….when you make it an absolute YES!….it will happen!!!!!……now, what “board” are YOU going to break???!!!!

Here we go!!! ….

I’m excited to say that the promotional trailer for “My Wish” is catching the eyes of people who want to spread its message even more! I want to let you know about two radio shows that I’m doing over the next week or so to promote the movie and   people out their to go for their dreams….one out of Washington State, and the other out of LA :)

I am totally trusting in God and this whole process of  my journey in contributing in the entertainment business. Again, there is no “small” situation…it is all “BIG” to me….all  signs that I am on the right path with this…I see the people coming into my life out of “nowhere” wanting to help out with the “My Wish” film….and all different opportunities coming up with producing and acting….I acknowldege what’s going on. I feel like it is so important to do that…stop and take “inventory” on the people around you , the situations “popping up”…and the blessings that are in your life, that we sometimes take for granted or say is a “coincidence”..I don’t believe in coincidences…I believe it’s “validation” that the universe and God hear what you want to do and are sending you the people and situations you need to do what you are focused on doing…just say “THANK YOU” and “YES! More of this please!!!” ……keep holding that picture in your head…and believe me – you’ll know when to act- you’ll feel inspired- you’ll get an idea to act on —and that’s when you need to do it!!! Even if something doesn’t happen from that right away…it might be for a reason in the future that you don’t know yet..just trust your gut!  :)

So as for the two shows that I am so excited to be on….am I a seasoned interview guest? Nope, not yet…am I a little nervous to do all this- yup! a little….but again…if I want BIG RESULTS I need to take my own BIG RISKS!! Hello everyone! Since this is my first blog after the release of the “My Wish” Promo, I first have to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! You can’t even begin to imagine how your positive, passionate responses about the promo has made me feel….and from ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!! It just gives me even MORE energy in knowing that doing what I want to ultimately do, will hopefully indeed inspire others to get living and to go for their own dreams! So please, pass on the link to this site to as many people you know and to media because the more people that see it, the more people we can ALL help to jump start their dreams!

So, as I said originally, the important thing is not necessarily the step-by -step on what I do to achieve my dream – but rather what I am learning on the way that I can share with you guys from my perspective.

Since the release of the promo, I am getting interest from so many people about the movie who feel the time is NOW for people to see it, that I have “done enough”…going from the couch to hosting on TV each week and helping produce the  TV show as well as this documentary. People are telling me that they want to see the JOURNEY- and although the TV show is incredible, that even though it hasn’t gone “national” yet like I said on my homepage, that it doesn’t matter…and I thought a lot about that, and my conclusion is that YOU’RE RIGHT…it the JOURNEY right? And I should NOT overlook what I have done as probably a lot of people do to themselves when they feel they are not there yet….I think you need to take a look back and be proud of your accomplishments because it reinforces the things you are capable of and what you can create! So we are deciding since so many people are feeling that in these “times” , NOW is the time people need to see this movie, we are deciding that we are going to look for the rest of the funding for the film and finsih it up so it can be released!!! Our whole production team is so excited to get “My Wish” out there!

Actually, right before I went on set to do the above TV interview, it hit me that what I was about to do in a few minutes meant I reached one of my goals!!….which has become to combine the public platform you get with working in this business (which at this point for me is hosting…and I believe  ultimately, it will incorporate producing and acting in major mainstream films that will have a positive impact on the audience) with reaching out to the public in inspiring them to go for their own dreams! So I  recorded myself on my little hand help camera explaining how…”this is it! I got onto TV and have a weekly job hosting, and now I get to be interviewed on TV and share my thoughts on this journey hoping it will inspire someone, somewhere….I DID IT!!!! It’s on a small local scale and now it’s just a matter of expanding what I did in a bigger way to reach more people!!! But I HAD to take that step back and acknowledge what I have accomplished because when you do that, it gives you the opportunity to get in a state of GRATITUDE! It gives you the opportunity to say THANK YOU to God/ the universe for lining it all up! It validates to me that this belief system and the inspired actions I am taking are working!!

So  it’s at this point I sit back and do an emotional and mental check to what it is that I am learning…how did I get here so far??…and for thisbusiness, how am I moving so fast??? What I’m thinking is that one crucial pattern has been the attitude I approach EVERY SITUATION and EVERY PERSON with that I have met on this journey in the last year and a half. No person is EVER beneath me and no person is EVER above me. Every time I met someone or was introduced to someone, I first looked at them as a spirit on their own journey just as I am on mine…and I asked myself- how can I help THEM! Not “What can I GET??” I decided to always be open with my words and my heart- just be myself….there is no other “me” out there, just as there isn’t any other “you”…so I promised myself to express the idea of “what you see is what you get”…I’m not someone putting on a facade…I choose to express myself from a perspective of giving, love and contributing…and that’s just how I’m going to roll! And in doing that, as I have encountered some great people and have made some great relationships….was I in their face with “what can you give me!! What can you give me!!! ….NO! I am sharing what I am doing and if they want to be part of it that is GREAT and if not, that’s OK too…I’m happy to just have connected with them, and if I can help them out on their journey, I’ll be happy to do that! Giving WITHOUT expecting is a great feeling…I know God has things lined up because He knows my intentions- I’m not going to put the expectations of what I want to achieve on others…

And the other thing I am noticing that I think is helping me to arrive at my dream so fast is how I view all opportunities…if a role or a job comes up, that most people would say is “nothing”,I don’t say to myself- “Oh this is just a stepping stone, I’ll take from it what I can, it’s so small, means nothing, no big deal” I say to myself YES!!! This is great!!! Thank you for the opportunity!!!! I’ll give it 200% !!! What else can I do to help and contribute here!!! And I do that EVERY TIME! NO MATTER WHAT!! For example, the TV interview I did was on a cable access channel…not on Oprah :)…..but SO WHAT!!! I was like an excited kid!!!    I was like “WOW!!!!!   This is so GREAT!!!! I’m in a studio doing my first TV interview!!!! And although what I have to say may not reach millions, by being on here, it might reach 1 or 10 or 100….and if I can help someones perspective on manifesting their own dream by doing this interview…..well that is the BEST!!!!!”As I look back , I think that the energy created that way is just making more and more opportunities come to me…there is no resistance, just appreciation…and when there is no resistance, more will flow to you in creating your ultimate vision! 

So…take a look at your life this week…how can you treat EVERY SINGLE person you encounter in a better more grateful way??? I’m talking about from the person who might get your coffee, to a child, to a friend, to your boss, to your employees, to someone who tries to sell you something, from people you have a “business” meeting with, to a new acquatience you met at a networking event….are they too “small” for you or are they too “big” for you….or are they just LIKE you??? I encourage you to find that they are “just like you”…also on their own journey, trying to figure everything out too- just like WE are!!  And I encourage you to give every “task” 200%…take pride in what you are doing…there is no such thing as a “small role” or as a “small job”….What I am learning is……how you go about approaching EVERYONE and ANYTHING…… is EVERYTHING :)

Hey Everybody! Long time no write! lol I guess I’ve been busy doing all the things I talk about in this blog!! :) So…update…after the last season of IndiMusic TV, and giving it all I had both in front of the camera and behind…I was asked to come on as associate producer! My first producer credit for television! Something totally new, and something I never did before…but here I am doing it!!! I’m using all my…. I guess you can say “life skills” from all my other prior personal and professional experiences and putting it all together…I LOVE IT!…..Didn’t I say I want to produce?? Did I go to “producer school?”…NO…but have I been excited about the idea and know it was going to come like a little kid…but not knowing were or when …YES! As I was putting ideas on the table before this season, I said to myself…”OK..I never though I would enter this industry through being a host..but here it is..it has been offered to me…and I am gratefully taking it…excited about it AND putting in 200% of hard, fun, challenging work and 200% of positive attitude which I DECIDE to bring to the set and to meetings as a leader as well as part of a team. Nothing is a problem and everything can be fixed one way or another…

I cast for new VJs…an amazing experience..being on the other side…makes it so much easier when I am the one going on an audition..it has been a real LEARNING experience…and as I was finding people to call in and doing casting sessions..all I could say to God, the universe, is “thank you and this must be part of the overall plan in helping me out down the line!” I also took on the responsibility of heading up the new “Around the World” Segment of the show…(with the help of Terri…a writer that has been working with me on the “More to Mommy Script” who has expanded her abilities in helping out on this show for me:) I said to my self “Around the GLOBE????” you mean I have to find people to work with ALL AROUND THE WORLD in major cities???!!! I’M IN!!! Didn’t I say I wanted to try and create a positive impact in the WORLD??? hummmm…..:) Now for the show’s purpose, these people I found in major international cities are ones that are excited about bringing independent music to the states…helping people go for their dreams….isn’t that along the lines of what I want to do??? And who KNOWS where this will lead to!!! Then I found new writers for the show!! How did I find all of these people and especially the ones in international cities?? How do I go about bringing stuff like this together if I have no major “experience yet in the field?”…Craigslist…and looking up bloogers in different countries on the computer…and going back through all my friends in the industry that I have made this past year…and that’s basically it…not a big deal! AND I truly believe having a fun, let’s make it happen attitude along with being excited about what I was attempting to put together and the newness of it all…let that open energy flow and brought the right people and situations to me.

And I ACKNOWLEDGE what happens..I don’t call it a “coincidence” but a manifestation of my thoughts, energy and effort that I put out there……and I live each day feeling overwhelmingly GRATEFUL…which makes me want to give back even more!……and then…. I get a call for a television interview about my projects and the message I want to send about the people out there I care about…everyone who wants to feel more fulfilled, but believe its not possible….well it IS!

Take ownership of the life YOU are creating! Once you do that, you will realize that YOU own the pen in scripting your colorful journey through life! Is this YOUR life or someone else’s??? Are you doing the best you can with what is in front of you? Are you taking the experiences you are in the middle as a gift? A lesson? A taste of what is to come? What’s GREAT about where you are right now…and what’s great about what is coming to you? There are so many things for you lined up outside your door…let them in…let them in by being grateful for what you already have and where you already are…you’re exactly where you are supposed to be in your life right now…if you’re in a place you want to change…be grateful for the gift of clarity…because when you clean up your energy, your thoughts and open your heart to life…..well…..everything you ever wanted is out there waiting for you…:)

I can’t even express to you in this blog how GRATEFUL I am for my journey this year- I have met ONLY the best, down to earth, open, positive people in this business- you know why?… Because that’s all I’m looking for!!!…I have made some really great friends whos support has meant the world to me! And my bag of incredible experiences…. that I have attracted in ways I didn’t even see coming…. have made this year so meaningful and so much fun!!! It’s been like a huge bunch of surprise gifts..one thing leading to antoher..perfectly planned out by the universe.I have COMPLETE faith and know that God is with me and guiding me in this whole life experience…And as I do what I can to live in the moment, it allows me to reflect back and SEE the EVIDENCE, that even though I may not know EXACTLY how everything will unfold to getting me to where I want to go and what I want to do, as long as I hold that vision,BELIEVE in my soul it will happen, be grateful for where I am and look and feel for clues for when I should take INSPIRED action- IT WILL HAPPEN!!! And this journey in reaching what I want to acheive is truly the BEST part of it all!!! The REAL goal is to enjoy the process, because the “process” is actually your “life”!

So before you look ahead to 2009, do yourself a favor and look BACK at 2008…what happened this year that you are grateful for? Who did you meet that you are grateful for? What did you learn? What did you do that was a little outside your comfort zone? Who did you inspire? Whos life did you possibly make better? Where did you get to go? What did you see that you never saw before? Even if you had some unwanted thoughts or experiences- as we ALL do- how did that make you more CLEAR on what it is that you DO want??? What changes did you make? And as you do this, you will see that you too- have had an amazing year! It’s all in the perspective that YOU DECIDE to take!

And as you think about what you want for 2009- try this on if you want- add to your goals to make this a FUN year by creating and being open to experinces you have never had before- promise yourself that wether you reach your “goal” or not, that you be aware of and appriciate all of the experinces and people that WILL lead you to where you want to eventually go- live in the moment and enjoy the process-I mean your life- because if you can do that- you will be surprised beyond your wildest dreams! Get excited and play full out! Come on!!! You wanted to be here!!!

This may seem a little “weird” to you- but trust me- just go with it:) Raise your left arm out to your left side and your right arm out to your right side and leave them there. Now, look only at your left hand. In it, place all of the things that you DON’T WANT in life. Put there what you DON’T want to happen in your relationships, in your business, in your financial situation, with your health, and with your spiritual self. Think about that for a bit.

Now “leave” your left hand and turn your head and focus to your right hand. In it, place all of the things that you DO WANT in life! Picture or feel the most fulfilling relationships you could imagine! Picture or feel your business and financial situation growing in leaps and bounds- so much so, that you are able to give back in ways you never even imagined! Picture or feel a strong, healthy, fit body that gives you all the energy you need to experience the things in this hand! Picture or feel yourself so connected with God and your inner spirit that you know- without a doubt- that you are loved and guided. Let these feelings sit with you for a while as you are looking into your right hand.

Now notice…… you just proved to yourself that you CANNOT focus on what you have in your left hand, while giving all of your thoughts and attention to your right hand. So my friend, into which hand do you choose to go through life focusing your thoughts and energy??? It is your choice………always has been :)

IndimusicTV First Time 11-8-08

Wow! Now THIS is blowing me away! In my last blog, I wrote about creating and writing a TV show. The show is a sitcom called “More to Mommy”. It is about a young mom who loves her family and at the same time feels that she has more to express….. So she sets out to go for her dream as a song writer in the flashy music industry, balancing things like making cupcakes for the PTA and making a splash at the infamous GRAMMYS! Real! Inspirational! Comedic!

As I am in the middle of writing the pilot for this TV sitcom show, I wind up auditioning for a TV show called “Indi Music TV”  (Indimusictv.com) CURRENTLY airing on WLNY channel 10/55 Saturday nights at 11 pm. Chris Pati is the creator and producer. We hit it off creatively and professionally. He is a leader in the indie music world and has a great attitude as to what is possible…right away I felt it was an atmosphere and project where I could bring my energy and contribute in a positive way! I offered to help in any way I can whether in front or behind the camera -or both! Well, he offered both!! He gave me the opportunity to find talent and run a casting session to look for awesome VJs to put on the show in the near future. I got the chance to understand things on “both sides”…. from being an actress and the work it takes to castt alent in a project. It was so much fun!!!! ALL of the people brought in  did an awesome job!!! He also gave me the opportuntiy and role to be a VJ for the segment called “Ask the Guru” where the show seeks advice from various leaders in the music industry for musicians!

Being involved in this show is a GIFT that I didn’t even see coming!! I always wanted to incorporate music into what I am doing in the industry in some way. I’m not really a vocalist or musician, but I AM one of those people who have a comlplete appriciation for music and lyrics…. Throw me any song and I can tell you excatly what time of my life it was on the radio, where I was and what I was feeling around that time…music has been like my life’s diary.. It has always been an “imagine if” when it comes to adding it to my experiences in the entertaiment world. And here it is out of left field- who knows where the music will take me??? Maybe I’ll write some of my own songs to share!! Just another outlet to hopefully inspire people!!! I am so grateful! And at this point TOTALLY trust the fact that I am ABSOLUTELY being guided on this journey. Whether things seem like they are slowing down at some point, or things don’t go as planned…it’s really not about my plan, it’s about God’s plan. All you need to do is to hold your vision of WHAT you want to create, WHY you want to create it, the type of people WHO you want to create it with and ENJOY this whole journey! The proof of this is unfolding before my eyes, and hopefully before yours too!

What about you !! Think about what you want to create! DAYDREAM about all the different scenarios that you could possibly think of !! Be excited and KNOW that it’s coming !! Look around you to see evidence of the universe yeilding to you and be grateful! Focus on the little things that will start to happen that will show you that it’s all being lined up for you! Be in awe of anything and everything that comes your way- even the slightest hint of what’s coming up for you…….and just WATCH what happens!!! Live life!!! Play full out!!! YOU wanted to be here!!! So get out there and start mixing it up!!!! ;)

So I just sat down for the last 5 nights and wrote and wrote and wrote! I don’t even know where it came from. I just sat at my desk and took out a pad and paper and started to write! I had the energy to do this only because I BELIEVED in what I was creating and was EXCITED about it… time disappeared for me as I was up till 3 AM each night! I had NO IDEA I would be doing this just FIVE DAYS AGO!!! But again, I put myself around the right people and got inspired the right way. So I came up with and wrote the pilot and all of the character description for the show. I was in this mad creative zone- it was a cool experience and now I have a new TOTAL respect for writers! Ideas were just flowing and when they started to flow a little slower, I looked for help and assembled a group of writers that wanted to be part of this project for the experience and possible opportunities–and they all got in that writing zone with me! I’m looking forward for the series to be picked up so that they can also have their dreams come true as writers…maybe the network will hire them??? Who knows??? But I am grateful for their help:)  So I typed up the whole treatment (pilot plus 5 episodes), added a bunch of marketing ideas for the show, registered it with the Writer’s Guild East (A friend I met at an event taught me to do this) and it is DONE! I have this total package for a new great show to be presented to Networks! I would have never thought I would have created something like this so early on in my career- but I did- and I’m proud of it! ……

So back to “people!”….Through putting myself in places where there is a higher chance of “something happening” than if I were to sit home on my couch…I got the treatment into the hands of some network executives…people…. I met!!! They are being so kind and want to to help get it into the right hands of the right people…..Do you see the pattern here??? I’m excited and passionate about what I want to do, and put myself around people who are already doing what I want to do….they catch my vibe and  they  talk to people about it, who then talk to other people about it! This causes a “buzz”- a stream of energy! And eventually, my ideas and actions that I have been taking will arrive at the next level. I know this , not out of ego, but because I believe in myself and my positive intentions. If you have to the opportunity to really connect with a person, and they feel your passion about what you are doing- it will become infectious- your dream, your passion will begin to take on a life of its own! So I dare you! Take a dream and make an appointment to put yourself in a place where you are around those people who are already doing it. And if you feel you can’t get in the mix-think of what you can bring to that circle. What can you contribute? What can you do to make things even better? Show up with sothemthing to offer- something to give. And even if at first you are only an observer, as it is said ”proximity is power”- someone may just reach out- and pull you in…. :)
